This notice covers the endolady.com website and our launch email list. The EndoLady app will have its own privacy policy and consumer health data policy, published before launch.
Who we are

What we collect
If you join our email list: your email address, whether you’d like to help test the app, the language of the page you signed up on, and when you signed up and confirmed.
We don’t ask about your health on this website, and we don’t use analytics or advertising cookies here.
Why we use it
To email you when EndoLady launches, send an occasional update, and, if you ticked the box, invite you to test the app. We do this with your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your email. You can withdraw it anytime with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.
Who helps us
MailerLite sends our emails and stores the list for us. Vercel hosts this website and processes technical data, such as your IP address, to show you the page. They act on our instructions. We never sell your data or use it for ads.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure we don’t email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@endolady.com and we’ll answer within one month. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate or to the data protection authority where you live.
Transfers outside Europe
If one of our providers processes data outside the EU or EEA, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
